Lisa Dallmer, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, leads Dimensional’s Finance, Operations, and Technology teams. Lisa is an experienced, customer-centric technology leader in financial services. She is passionate about operationalizing strategy and commercializing growth and has brought her extensive experience of working with CEOs, sales, and product development teams to her role at Dimensional.
Prior to joining Dimensional, Lisa was Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at BlackRock’s Global Technology and Operations Group, where she led operating model strategy, operationalized platform technology, and drove tech-enabled transformations. She also served as Chief Operating Officer at NYSE Euronext in Paris, leading the commercial model for the technology and trading markets.
In 2011 and 2013, Lisa was recognized among Financial News’ 100 Most Influential Women in Finance for driving change across Europe’s financial services industry. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Miami University, and she received additional training at the London School of Economics.
