Stacey Winning

Stacey Winning is Global Co-Head of Human Resources, serving in that role alongside Aaron Marcus. Stacey leads the team responsible for shaping and driving the employee experience. She partners closely with leaders across Dimensional, optimizing organizational design and developing scalable strategies and practices that ensure Dimensional has the talent to serve our clients today and into the future. Stacey previously served as Dimensional’s Chief Talent Officer.

She is Chair of Dimensional’s Executive Council for Diversity and Inclusion, driving efforts to broaden the talent pool and foster a diverse, inclusive work environment. Stacey also collaborates with financial advisors by speaking and consulting on human capital challenges and talent development strategies for their firms.

Stacey brings a strong background in recruiting and deep industry knowledge to her role. Prior to joining Dimensional in 2012, she co-led recruiting for Two Sigma Investments, a quantitative investment firm based in New York City. Previously, Stacey led a recruiting team at Macquarie that focused on both campus and experienced hiring for investment banking and private equity. She also held recruiting roles at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers. Stacey graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor of arts and holds a master of arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
